John & Kate....

Until I have eight children and live my life in front of cameras for the whole world to judge me, I will not judge or speculate who is right or wrong in this situation.
I feel that this is a sad story and every one is different.
Who are we to say that one character flaw is worse than another.
Yes, Kate is bossy, but do you have to handle 8 kids at a time? most likely not.
How many times do we get frustrated with our husbands and we only have a few?
I think that this family was doing the best that they can.....
My heart and prayers are with the both of them.
And I only hope that all the viewers of this show will also pray for this family's well being!
SORRY, not trying to offend anyone. This is just my perspective.

I completely agree with you!

P.S. I don't mean to be a pest, but I hope you don't mind if I leave an additional comment. Visit The Original Scrapbox and check out their storage products. I am in the running to win a scrapbook desk and I get bonus points for telling people about it.

I AGREE! I feel for them. I really do. I think this was the avenue that they saw to give their kids a lifestyle that they could NEVER have done on their own. Who would have thought a little show on TLC would blow up like it did? Now they are celebrities, have no idea how to handle celebrity, deal with stress most could never imagine, and people that don't know them AT ALL are passing judgement.

Thanks for opening this up, because I agree.

VERY WELL SAID!!! Have we all forgotten that this all started out as entertainment? This is an american family in trouble, struggling to survive! I too wish them all the best in their future decisions!

OH gosh, am I the only one who thinks it's time for them to pull the plug on the show and take care of their children and their relationship?

As public figures who accept paychecks from folks who watch their daily lives on T.V., they have to understand that they've become water cooler fodder.

It is unfortunate where their relationship currently is?

YES.

It is terrible for the children?

YES.

Is it the public's fault?

NOPE.

If it were me, I'd more than likely curb the exploitation of my personal life and try to restore some semblance of normalcy and privacy to my children and my husband.

Unless, of course I already sold my soul to Juicy Juice.

I DO AGREE WITH K....THIS RIFE IN THEIR RELATIONSHIP IS ALL ABOUT PULLING THE PLUG ON THEIR SHOW...JOHN HAS MADE IT VERY CLEAR THAT HE DID NOT WANT TO CONTINUE WITH SEASON 5....AND KATE HAS STOOD HER GROUND AND LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT THIS IS HER JOB AND SHE ENJOYS IT! SO WHO IS THE WINNER HERE IN THE DECISION DEPARTMENT?? WHICH IS IT???? FAME OR FAMILY??

This post (for me) was stating that I will not JUDGE this family..... Meaning I will not go on about the right and wrong choices that the two of them have made.
It also was meant to get prayer out for them and only HOPE that GOD leads them in the right direction.
I already heard all that I need to hear from the media and other viewers what THEY THINK is best for this family.

I want to leave this in GOD's hand... the only one that can truely guide them in the RIGHT direction.

THE END.............

Sure, I wish this family the best. I started watching this show because of the kids. And it is because of the kids that I can no longer watch in good conscience.

I remember when I was little, if I was in earshot of my parents having so much as a disagreement, it made me sick to my stomach. I can't imagine ten million people watching my parents' marriage fall apart.

(Generally speaking, I don't think anything good ever comes from making money off your children.)
